Delivery times at Bilin Store vary between 24 and 72 hours. To ensure that your order is delivered within this window, it must be placed before 4:00 p.m. on the day in question. Although we cannot guarantee these delivery times absolutely, we endeavor to meet them in collaboration with courier companies where possible. In rural areas or areas distant from urban centers, we cannot guarantee delivery within 24 hours in any case.

Deliveries are made through courier services, with home delivery hours from Monday to Friday (business days) from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. On Saturdays, delivery is available only in capital cities and when selecting the "Saturday delivery" option. We do not deliver on Sundays or local holidays to the delivery location.

For payments made by bank transfer, we will proceed with the shipment once we have received proof of the operation. Until then, the order will remain on hold. The delivery period will begin counting from the moment we receive said confirmation.

Returns and Refunds Policy at Bilin Store Spain

You have 14 days from receipt of the products to request a return, applicable only to purchases made directly at bilintechco.com. To initiate a return, contact our customer service team, indicating the reason and order number.

The 14 day return policy does not apply if the products have been opened, unpackaged, are missing any part, accessory or complete equipment.

Returns must include all original accessories and packaging. The buyer assumes the shipping costs for the refund. Articles that do not meet these requirements will be rejected.

To proceed with a return, notify bilintechco.com by phone or by sending an email to info@bilintechco.com. The refund will be made using the same original payment method, once we receive the returned product. Bilin Store reserves the right to refund only a part of the amount if the returned products are incomplete, damaged, used or in poor condition, and also reserves the right to decide on the refund.

Returns of custom orders are governed by a previously signed contract.

Bilin Store will cover return and resend costs in cases of shipping error or defective products.
